Return Policy:

You may only return any items within 7 business days of delivery.

Please DO NOT ship the order back to us until we provide you an authorization number for the return. Refunds will only be allowed if you follow the instructions below.

 

  1. Return due to defect or damage

 

1) Our company will be responsible for the return shipping charges if our customers need to return due to defect on any goods.

 

2) First, please email us customerservice@nalsinyou.com  about Returns. Then, We will review and will issue authorization number for returns.

 

3) Once you receive an authorization number, please return it to the following address

4) All refunds are processed when we receive your authorized return back to our warehouse.

 

5) We will refund as original payment method or store credit.

 

 

  1. Return due to customer cancellation or customer error

 

1) We do not cover return delivery charges, if you change your mind and want to exchange or return our goods.

C. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

 

 1) The item(s) have been worn or washed

 

 2) The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
